Stress Management and Relaxation
Over the past 50 years people have de-stressed with techniques such as Tai Chi, qi gong, meditation, prayer, yoga, and journal writing. All of these methods have produced beneficial results, including a decrease in blood pressure, but the research has not focused specifically on hair and skin effects.
