Engaging in regular aerobic and
resistance exercise has been shown to positively affect endorphins,
enhance digestion, and decrease weight, blood pressure, pulse, low
density lipoproteins, and triglycerides. Studies have not focused
on the effects of exercise on hair and skin.

de-stressed with techniques such as Tai Chi, qi gong, meditation,
