The Great Awakening – Spontaneous Orgasm Syndrome

Pamela Day

Persistent genital arousal disorder (PGAD) is a rare condition that involves experiencing unwanted sensations of arousal in genitals that don’t resolve with one or more orgasms. Left untreated, PGAD can take a toll on your body and mental health and reduce your quality of life.

While this condition is considered rare, it is happening more frequently; and I will explain why in this paper.

This author has had this syndrome for approximately three months, and I find it extremely fascinating and quite enjoyable after I learned to control it. Normally, you can’t control when these changes begin, and orgasm doesn’t relieve them. I will explain why I consider this statement to be untrue. While it’s true that orgasms do not provide relief, it is quite possible to control them.

Men are affected as well as women. Researchers suggest that it may affect about 1% of people. It’s difficult to know for sure because it’s likely that many people who experience PGAD symptoms are too embarrassed to seek help.

What Are the Symptoms?

PGAD involves feelings of intense genital arousal associated with increased blood flow and heightened tension in your clitoris, labia, perineum, and anus. Symptoms may last for hours or even days and include:

  • Pain or discomfort in the genitals.
  • Tingling in the clitoris.
  • Vaginal contractions.
  • Vaginal lubrication.
  • Unpredictable orgasms.

You may experience orgasms that don’t relieve your symptoms, or you may experience momentary relief through an orgasm only to have the symptoms return. Sensations and symptoms can persist without relief.

PGAD’s toll on your body can interfere with your day-to-day routine, causing stress, anxiety, and depression. Since orgasms become associated with feelings of relief from pain instead of pleasurable sexual release, PGAD can keep you from enjoying sex or having a healthy sexual relationship. PGAD is different because of the lack control over feelings of arousal, and you don’t know when your body will experience relief or return to its baseline.

What May Cause the Condition?

Researchers don’t know for certain what causes PGAD. A combination of factors likely plays a role. The causes may be related to blood vessels and blood flow, nerves, or behavioral health issues. Certain medications may trigger or worsen PGAD. In my case, the syndrome began shortly after the death of my husband.

When this condition first began, I was entirely consumed by it. I had no relief and the symptoms persisted throughout day and night. In addition to PGAD, I also experienced:

  • Intense itching
  • Headaches
  • Vivid dreams
  • Excessive sleeping
  • Bodily pain
  • Extreme anger

This kept me from participating in the normal functions of life. I began an intense period of research.

The Great Kundalini Awakening

Kundalini is an energy that stays within you. It originates in the root chakra (at the base of the spine). Chakra (cakra in Sanskrit) means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being.

Kundalini represents that particle of God inside you. It does not depend upon the body. To put it in simple words, invoking your kundalini simply means invoking the God inside you.

Kundalini awakening is a process, not a single incident. For those who believe in reincarnation, kundalini is viewed as changing its form with every birth and re-birth, depending upon the energy accumulated or drained with each life.  You progress with every life; you learn something from every life, and you keep on moving towards the Creator.

Awakening your kundalini may result in enlightenment. Symptoms of kundalini awakening also include the following:

  • Muscle twitches, cramps or spasms.
  • Energy rushes or immense electricity circulating the body.
  • Itching, vibrating, prickling, tingling, stinging or crawling sensations.
  • Intense heat or cold.

As you can read within this paper, there is a definite correlation between spontaneous orgasm syndrome and kundalini awakening, the only difference being perception of the condition.

My belief is that this syndrome is happening more frequently because the entire earth is experiencing an awakening.

I learned to control my symptoms by practicing the following:

  • Intense physical activity,
  • Playing loud music and singing,
  • Dancing,
  • Walking barefoot outside.

The primary and most effective practice is to move energy from the root chakra upwards.

Conclusion

I feel very fortunate to be experiencing Kundalini Awakening because I believe that it is healing old trauma within my body and bringing me closer to The Source Of All Things, The Creator.
