Introducing Morphogenic Field Technique: A ‘Quantum Conversation’ between the Health-Care Practitioner and the Patient’s ‘Energy Field’

Part 1

by Frank Springob, DC, MFT codeveloper, with Nick Lamothe, PhD

What if it was possible to naturally restore the body’s health and vitality by providing it with the exact whole-food nutrients that it needed in a systematic way? As a health-care professional, would you be interested if you could “match the signature” of a patient’s energy field with the energy signature of the exact nutritional protocol to get this goal accomplished? What if this process can be accomplished in a 3- to 5-minute procedure?

Improved nutritional health is possible through the “information” available using the energy signal that is constantly emitted by all living things. The quantum physics concepts of “informational healing” have gained increased attention in the natural health-care conversation. The codevelopers of Morphogenic Field Technique (MFT) believe we have created a breakthrough in nutritional energy healing, moving this concept from “talked about” to “practical reality.”

Simply stated, MFT is a highly structured testing procedure that matches energy signatures for the purpose of quickly and accurately developing nutritional protocols. The MFT procedure utilizes a unique form of modified muscle response testing, building upon the work of health-care pioneers such as George Goodheart, DC; DA Versendaal, DC; and Dietrich Klinghardt, MD. MFT evolves the muscle-testing concept to a new level.

Physicists acknowledge that everything in the universe has its own unique “energy signature.” While the energy field of most inanimate objects is relatively constant, the energy signature of humans and other living things is dynamic, based primarily upon a number of environmental/epigenetic factors. For example, the energy signature of an inorganic rock should be relatively constant. However, in plants or animals, the energy field can vary greatly.

The MFT testing procedure demonstrates that a number of factors can affect the energy field, such as available water, nutrients, environmental toxins, and other stressors. The MFT premise is that humans, with their ever-changing, dynamic energy field, can use diet and other epigenetic factors to enhance their morphogenic/morphogenetic field. In MFT, we call this the “M-Field.”

The MFT procedure applies this concept to match the energy signature of the food and nutritional supplements being consumed to the specific epigenetic needs of the individual. We begin our procedure by objectively measuring the “boundary” of the M-Field. Clinically, we have determined that a patient with a very small M-Field will be challenged in his healing ability. Conversely, we have learned that symptomatic improvement is rapidly achieved as we expand the M-Field border.

The M-Field measurement is determined by bringing a Standard Process supplement, either Symplex M or Symplex F, toward the patient while simultaneously performing the muscle response test. Symplex M, a supplement to support the male endocrine system, will cause a weak muscle response in a female when it reaches the boundary of the M-Field. This response is due to the fact that the energy signature of a male endocrine supplement should naturally be rejected by the energy field of a female. Conversely, when measuring the M-field of a male patient, we use Symplex F, a female endocrine supplement, to achieve the same purpose.

At this point in the procedure, the patient is allowed to estimate the “size” of her M-Field based upon the point at which the muscle lock was lost when performing the testing procedure. We consider the M-Field to be very small when the patient loses the muscle lock less than 1 foot from the body. We consider the M-Field to be adequate when the lock on the muscle is lost more than 5 feet from the body.

The next step in the procedure is the patient evaluation. We use the three MFT Basic Test Kits to methodically introduce the virtual energies contained in the test kits to the M-Field, looking for an “attraction.” The energy field of the body will be “attracted” to the virtual energies that correspond to the nutritional needs of the patient at the cellular level. However, the M-Field will “reject” any virtual energy that is not currently needed by the body.

The virtual energies in the MFT Test Kits elicit a direct response from the autonomic nervous system (ANS) through the interaction with the M-Field. Although it is not “hard-wired” like the actual nerves, it is our contention that the M-Field can be considered an electromagnetic extension of the ANS. As such, it reacts through the known channels of afferent and efferent communication to the spindle apparatus of the muscles; this includes the “locked” muscle being used in our “modified muscle response test.”

MFT Kits systematically “introduce” the M-Field to testing samples acquired from a computer-generated bioenergetic signature-transfer protocol. This technology is very similar to the science of video recording, which can capture an exact image, sound and movement on a digital medium. Just as you can reproduce a theatrical experience on video, the MFT test vials are virtual reproductions of the energy signatures of real objects. The bioenergetics transferring process reproduces the electromagnetic resonance of whatever molecular arrangement that you wish to copy.

When the M-Field is exposed to appropriate samples, they are perceived in the somatosensory cortex of the brain. In other words, the test kit samples are electronic copies that represent stimuli that the brain can reference, then respond to, as if they are real substances. In clinical practice, the MFT practitioner can observe the effect of the muscle response as these energy signatures are introduced to the body’s natural energetic field. This is how you gather nutritional information using the MFT testing procedure.

As we work through the testing procedure, we methodically find which Standard Process whole-food supplements “attract” to the M-Field. In this way, we quickly and accurately identify the nutritional needs of the patient. The entire MFT procedure can be performed within 3 to 5 minutes.

At the end of the testing procedure, we again assess the integrity of the M-field by repeating the initial muscle response test using Symplex M or Symplex F. We ensure the accuracy of our findings in this way. When the procedure is performed correctly, as the patient holds the needed supplements, they will have a significantly larger M-Field measurement at the end of the test.

We also educate our clients/patients about the necessity of feeding the body at the cellular level. Healthy cellular development over time leads to healthy tissues, organs, organ systems and ultimately a healthy organism. Expected short-term successes from use of the MFT procedure are: (1) measureable increase in the size of the M-Field; (2) relatively rapid symptomatic improvement; (3) increased energy and vitality by the patient. Ultimately, continuous and sustained building of the body at the cellular level results in long-term health improvement.

Years of clinical success using our unique procedures resulted in multiple requests to develop this technique into a series of educational seminars to be taught to other health-care practitioners. MFT has now delivered several seminar-workshops in the Pacific Northwest. It has been rewarding to learn that the nutritional healing skills that we developed in our Wellness Center are easily transferable to other health-care practitioners.

Most patients consult a health-care professional for one reason – they have a health problem and they are searching for the practitioner that they feel can solve this problem. Health-care Practitioners who use MFT know from experience that diet is the number one factor in total health. Many degenerative conditions and diseases can be the result of poor dietary habits over years or decades.

Since everyone is unique, there is no one diet plan or nutritional protocol that is right for everybody, in spite of the claims made in advertising. Dietary needs and supplementation programs should be equally unique and customized. MFT specializes in creating a diet and supplement plan tailored directly to the energy signature/M-Field of each person. To our knowledge, no other program can be more specific than that.

MFT believes that real answer to health comes in the form of unadulterated organic whole food and supplements derived from organic whole food. The power of nutritional healing is magnified when it is matched to the individual. This is difficult to achieve in our busy world. We see endless media promotions for fast food or junk food implying that a food product is healthful when in fact it is not. The health crisis in America is the result.

We know from years of clinical success, that patients who are tired, in pain, or otherwise symptomatic have very “small” energy fields/ M-Fields. Conversely, people who are symptom-free and full of energy have very “large” M-Fields.

In Part 2 of this article, we will discuss an unusual case study involving the clinical application of the MFT procedure. In this specific case, MFT acknowledges a parasitic resonance in a young male patient with an array of serious symptoms that defied traditional medical care. We describe the case and its eventual outcome in detail to demonstrate the healing application of MFT.

We will also go into greater scientific detail about the nature of the virtual energies contained in the MFT test kits and their “interaction” with the M-Field.

  • PLMI 14th Annual Thought Leaders Consortium

Loews Coronado Bay Resort 4000 Coronado Bay Rd, Coronado, CA, United States

The 14th Annual Thought Leaders Consortium marks the culminating chapter of PLMI’s three-year exploration into the biology of immuno-metabolism, epigenetic regulation, and human longevity. Building on the 2024 and 2025 Consortia—which reframed chronic disease through immune-metabolic dysfunction and diet- and environment-driven epigenetic remodeling—this year’s gathering places mitochondria at the center of health, disease, and aging. Once viewed simply as the cell’s energy producers, mitochondria are now recognized as dynamic, epigenetically responsive organelles that integrate nutrition, environmental exposures, immune activation, stress signaling, physical activity, and circadian inputs into a unified metabolic-immune system. Disruption of mitochondrial function is increasingly implicated in fatigue syndromes, chronic pain, immune dysregulation, neurodegeneration, infertility, metabolic disease, accelerated aging, and diminished stress resilience. This advanced, science-driven Consortium convenes world-leading experts to explore mitochondrial biology as the cornerstone of immuno-metabolic resilience. Attendees will gain cutting-edge insights into mitochondrial signaling, mito-nuclear communication, and metabolic flexibility—alongside clinically actionable frameworks for restoring cellular vitality, reversing biological aging trajectories, and extending healthspan. Through deep scientific exploration and translational clinical strategy, the 2026 Thought Leaders Consortium will equip practitioners and researchers with the knowledge needed to redefine assessment, intervention, and long-term outcomes in personalized and lifestyle medicine.
